Two jobs, two sets of numbers, and they are not interchangeable. Stored drinking water is dosed in ounces from a registered product; cleaning is dosed in drops from a kit.
Stored drinking water — Purogene
EPA Reg. No. 9804-5. Keeping water: 1 fl oz per 30 gallons. Sanitizing a tank: the one-hour procedure, then drain and flush.

Cleaning — the two-part kit
Drops of Part A and the same of Part B, left a minute to react, then the water. A bottle pair holds about 2,400 drops of each.
