• When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
• When you write to us: whatever is in the form — name, email, company, phone, and your message.
• Card details are not among them.Payment happens on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store a card number; what comes back to us is the last four digits, the card type, and whether the bank's checks passed.

This site counts page views so we know which pages are worth keeping. That record holds the page, the referring page, a rough location derived from your IP address, and the browser you used. It is not sold, and it is not joined to advertising networks.

When an order is placed we also keep the IP address it came from and the country it resolves to, alongside the checks the bank reported on the card. That is there to catch fraud: our first real orders elsewhere were paid for on the fifth stolen card someone tried, and without those fields nobody could have seen it.

Cookies: one to remember your basket, and one for the page counter. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

• Stripe processes the payment and holds the card details we never receive.
• Amazonreceives your name and delivery address, and nothing else, in order to pack and ship the parcel. Orders are fulfilled from our stock in Amazon's warehouses.
• Supabase hosts the database this site runs on, and Vercel serves the site itself.
• If you buy from our Amazon listings instead, that purchase is Amazon's and is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Orders are kept as long as the law requires us to keep business records, currently seven years. Enquiries are kept while we are still dealing with them and for a reasonable period after. The page counter's records are kept for two years.

Write to support@getvitalchem.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct it if it is wrong, and delete what we are not obliged to keep. A record of a completed order is one of the things we are obliged to keep.

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version of this page that describes a site we no longer run.
