Terms of sale

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your confirmation, and until then we may decline it — most often because something has gone out of stock between the basket and the checkout, or because the payment did not pass our checks.

Every order is reviewed by a person before it is shipped. That usually takes hours rather than days, and it exists because these goods ship from the same stock our Amazon listings sell.

• Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.
• Payment is by card, taken by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
• If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place — we will tell you and cancel rather than hold you to it.

• $5.99 on orders under $49; free at or above it.
• We ship within the United States only.
• Orders are picked, packed and shipped from Amazon's warehouses, so the parcel may arrive in Amazon packaging.
• Delivery is usually three to five business days after the order is approved. Those dates are estimates, not promises: once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is not ours to control.
• Risk passes to you on delivery.

If something is not right, write to support@getvitalchem.com before sending anything back, so we know it is coming.

• Thirty days from delivery to ask for a return.
• Unopened and in resalable condition. Chemicals cannot be restocked once a seal is broken, so an opened kit can only be refunded if there is something wrong with it.
• If the fault is ours — wrong item, damaged in transit, not as described — we pay the return postage and refund in full, shipping included. Send us a photograph and you will not usually need to return it at all.
• If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours and we refund the price of the goods rather than the original shipping.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within five business days of the return reaching the warehouse.

An order that has not yet been approved for shipping can be cancelled outright: ask, and it is refunded the same day.

You agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaks the law,
• interfere with how it works,
• copy or exploit any part of it without our written permission,
• or submit false information through any form here.

Our chlorine dioxide kits are water treatment products. They are not medicines and not for internal use, and the disclaimer sets out in full what they are for and what they are not. Use each product according to its own label; where a label and this site disagree, the label wins.

We resell Purogene under license from Bio-Cide International and Parafilm M as an authorized reseller. Those products carry their manufacturers' own instructions and registrations, which are the authority on their use.

We are responsible for supplying what you ordered, in the condition described, and for putting it right when we do not. We are not responsible for loss arising from a product being used contrary to its label or to the instructions supplied with it, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Exact Sales LLC is registered.
